Thank you for shopping at store.wrapset.in. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns:
You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2. Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. If you paid with a credit card, refunds will go back to that same card. If you used a payment gateway, the refund will go to the same account you used for payment in 4 to 7 working days.
3. Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect before issuing a refund or replacement.
5. Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
